If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Do not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, or using the site for unlawful purposes). We may suspend access if we believe there is misuse.

Prices are shown on the website and may vary by country/currency. Where applicable, taxes, duties, and import charges may be added by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by destination (India and international). Delays can occur due to courier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund. If it has shipped, please refer to our replacement-only policy for eligible issues.

We do not accept returns. Easy replacement is available within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong items only. To request a replacement, share your order ID, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the item/packaging. Replacement is not eligible if the product is opened/used/partially consumed, if proof is missing, if requested after 24 hours, if damage is due to improper handling after delivery, or for minor packaging issues that don’t affect product quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
